ICC News As a leading provider of high-speed optoelectronic interface chip solutions, LUXIC Technology exhibited a full range of optoelectronic chip products applied in AI data centers such as 200G per lane products at the 50th OFC Exhibition held at the Moscone Center in San Francisco from April 1 to 3, and demonstrated the outstanding performance of multiple latest products on site.

· 1. The 200G/lane driver and TIA product series (demonstrated on site), including MZM and EML drivers applicable to LPO modules, feature a typical bandwidth of up to 90GHz and an ultra-strong CTLE compensation capability of more than 15dB. The 4x200G TIA with high sensitivity and low BER floor, half-flip-chip package form enables the combination of optimal performance and convenient packaging, helping customers achieve rapid mass production of 200G per lane products.

· 2. The 100G/lane MZM driver and TIA products (demonstrated on site) that fully meet the LPO-MSA protocol requirements: the driver has a typical bandwidth of more than 60GHz and a powerful CTLE compensation capability of up to 16dB, with product channel counts covering single-channel, 4-channel, 8-channel and other forms; the TIA products offer channel spacing options of 250um and 750um, with a wide range of adjustable output amplitudes. Their power consumption is significantly better than other similar products, meeting customers' requirements for low power consumption and compact packaging.

· 3. The coherent MZM driver and TIA product series supporting a maximum rate of 140GBaud provides a lower power consumption solution for 400G/800G coherent modules.
